By coaching with me, we will identify and focus on healing the root of your concerns and blocks on a subconscious level. We will connect you to your inner guidance system, with God, and your higher purpose so that you can lead your life with confidence and personal freedom. I will support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I will give you the tools, (that I call my Transformative Healing Techniques) that will address the root of your subconscious patterns so that you can shift them from the inside out. Best part is, you can repeat the processes that I teach for the rest of your life and receive continued expansion.
Layout of this 1:1 coaching program to see if it's for you:
Phase 1: Identifying your core wounds, traumas, and limiting beliefs: these could be from childhood, generational issues, or past life traumas that are holding you back from living your purpose and highest potential now, (including relationship issues with mom/dad and/or romantic partners).
Phase 2: This is deep soul healing work. Learn tools, strategies, and healing techniques to address the root cause of these issues that are still deeply impacting you today. We are NOT addressing the surface level or using a "bandaid solution." We will use modalities like guided meditation, energy healing, coaching, intuitive and channeled soul guidance, hypnosis, and parts work to release these inner blocks.
Phase 3: Heal together in real time, receive coaching, intimate support, guidance, and clear direction so that you can make necessary changes you need to.
Phase 4 & 5: Focus on lifestyle changes, developing self love, personal empowerment, soul purpose alignment, and becoming who you are meant to be!
