On our initial free consultation call, (only applicable for monthly coaching programs and in person retreats, not for single sessions) we will identify your core pain points and areas of desired growth and then we will set up a plan for you to get there. During each session, I provide impactful and results driven tools that will empower you, help you love yourself, and release the core of your wounds and limiting beliefs. This work changes your entire life from the inside out.
What makes me different is that for one, I get you to the root of your issues and help you heal from there. I don't just "trim the branches" of the issue. We will identify exactly what's blocking you and then over time, release the blockages in a safe and loving way that supports your body, nervous system, mind, and spirit. I have been where you are, struggling, seeking to release my past pain so that I could become my most authentic self. I have spent the last decade healing myself, perfecting my tool belt, and helping over 2,000 clients 1:1 heal too. This is my life's work.
